Firstly we establish the correct and clear lines of communication with the client or project team, undertake site visits, surveys and inspections.
We then price the project per the client or contractors’ requirements (we have fully qualified quantity surveyors on our staff) and make sure we put our best fitting team and foreman on each of our projects.
We have internal quality standards that all our teams work to and are checked by each project foreman and director.
The J3 teams are experienced in working in fast paced environments, whilst maintaining a high quality of service.
We understand that depending on the project we can one of many trades and vendors. Where possible we will collaborate with the other trades to navigate minor issues and work through problems. If problems do occur then we will always look to present possible solutions to either the clients , contractors or developers. The teams will take in to account time, money and quality with all problems and solutions.
It’s this way of big picture thinking that enables us to provide both a premium and tailored service to you, as well as maintaining significant repeat business.
